The
OPERATIONAL SOLUTIONS team helps existing and new clients overcome operational
challenges. The team works with Senior Management and Boards of Directors to facilitate
Strategic Planning sessions and explore what is possible. This includes implications on organizational structure, employees and customers.
Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals with diverse and extensive experience in
Canada and internationally. The team consists of individuals with senior management responsibility
in Strategy and Operations, gained from working with some of the best private and
public-sector companies.
Strategic Planning Sessions
offers expertise in reviewing
the implications of the Green Energy
Act on current strategic plans on an
individual client level. Our approach is
to link the potential opportunities and threats that
we have identified in our analysis of the Act, with the
specific strengths and weakness of your organization
as developed through our structured interviews and
facilitation sessions.
Technology & Business Case Reviews
works with clients to deliver
business cases for new or emerging
technologies. This allows management
to ensure an independent third party
review of assumptions and helps develop a framework
for sensitivity analysis. We will work with information provided by clients, or use our team of experts
to create costing assumptions where no information is available.
Structure, Accountabilities & Training
We work with our clients on Governance
issues looking at the way your company is
structured to take advantage of potential
opportunities. We engage employees and
the management team to understand current priorities and how processes might be changed to improve
efficiency and effectiveness. We also provide a series
of customized information/ training sessions including
renewable energy, climate change, greenhouse gases
and Cap and Trade issues to help employees better
understand the changing energy environment.
