The team has extensive expertise in the filing of rate applications and is responsible for the development of the RateMaker Model. This comprehensive model uses financial data that computes rate rider and generates distribution rates for forward test years. It also generates proforma financial statements of rates regulated distribution operations and can produce variance and trend analysis of key rate making data.

The team also developed the RateFiler tool, which is used to efficiently create the necessary documentation for all rate applications.
